Seoul, South Korea – SHAPL, an emerging startup giant that has made over $1.5 million in sales during their pilot project will soon begin their newest venture-an international launch on Indiegogo, introducing their Suitcase and Backpack set. SHAPL’s pilot project was a massive hit in Korea, where over 40,050 suitcases and backpacks manufactured by SHAPL, sold out in just 30 days.

“SHAPL’s objective is to raise awareness while encouraging support for creatives,” said Changsoo Jin, CEO, and Founder of SHAPL. “SHAPL cuts cost associated with marketing and distribution, in turn reducing sale costs. This innovative sales structure has proved itself possible through the success of SHAPL’s pilot project. The only next step is to go global.”

The SHAPL Suitcase and Backpack combo, designed by Dr. Nah, are the latest releases from the inventive designer line that offers items at an affordable price.

The unique suitcases come with a multitude of customizable design options, including a range of alphabet stickers that lets users create their own luggage style.

Both the suitcase and backpack come with a removable Bluetooth tracker that alerts the user and enables them to track the suitcase if it is misplaced or stolen. It’s created with a travel-friendly lithium battery-unlike many smart luggage makers who have created devices with high-tech features that major airlines have now banned.

This suitcase is made of 100% polycarbonate-a durable and lightweight plastic material with high impact resistance. Designed to prioritize practicality for people who travel often, the suitcase is not only crack resistant but has a comfortable handle and sturdy 360-swivel wheels.

What makes SHAPL’s designer products distinctive?

The bags are created for people on the go, by a frequent traveler-Dr. Nah, himself. As a prominent designer consistently on the go, he was often inconvenienced by luggage issues such as wear and tear, damage due to poor durability and misplaced luggage. Dr. Nah decided to design this spinner luggage and backpack with Bluetooth technology through SHAPL.

The SHAPL Suitcase and Backpack is available for pre-sale orders through Indiegogo. The backpack is expected to retail for USD $59, but early bird crowd funders can score their own for $49, which includes free international shipping. Get the entire luggage set-a 20 and 25-inch suitcase and stylish backpack-for $199. It’s available for re-order for $189. Comes with an EU-friendly seal.
