The 3rd Conference of Hebei Tourism Industry Development was held in Chengde, north China’s Hebei Province from July 18th to 20th.
With the theme of ecological tourism and green development, this conference is to build a new model of eco-tourism, new standard of “Enjoy Hebei” project and new sample of all-for-one tourism, promoting to realize rural revitalization and poverty alleviation for better lives.
Focusing on the theme of the conference and combing local characteristics, Chengde has launched a batch of new scenic spots, products and industries, including 20 tourism projects, 6,023-square-kilometer national eco-tourism resort in Bashang area and 180-kilometer “No 1 Scenery Road”.
Tourists are able to experience forests, grasslands, and mountains in this intelligent and convenient tourism service center.
During the conference, activities such as the opening ceremony (tourism & culture presenting ceremony) and project signing ceremony were held. In addition, the rural tourism development and poverty alleviation ceremony was also convened, guests both from home and abroad appreciated the charm of Chengde after visiting certain key projects of local tourism industries.
