Pointillist, an award-winning provider of customer journey analytics software, announced that Forrester Research has named it as a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Journey Orchestration Platforms, Q2 2020. The Pointillist Customer Journey Analytics platform supports a comprehensive approach to customer journey management.
