Along with other attributes, Trivver’s patented ad technologies have been proven to reduce ad fraud, which is estimated to cost digital advertisers well over $60 billion dollars each year.
Newport Beach, California, October 5, 2020, Trivver announces a case study on the use of its patented digital Extended Reality (XR) advertising technology which successfully more than doubled average online ad conversion click-through rates (CTR’s).
Jerome’s Furniture, a leading southern California retailer for over sixty years with over twenty-five locations, sought innovative ways to improve their advertising efforts. Historically, the company was averaging CTR’s of a third of one percent (0.3%), which is common in the space.
After evaluating many possibilities, Jerome’s decided to test Trivver’s patented Product Portal.
Within minutes, Trivver’s Product Portal was integrated with Jerome’s current video ads which then deployed a “View in AR” (Augmented Reality) button over the ad itself. When the “View it in AR” button is selected, the ad automatically pauses, allowing Trivver’s Portal to slide into view.
Through the Portal, consumers are provided with the means to view products in 3D and AR as well as place and resize them to fit as if they actually reside within physical locations. Furthermore, Trivver’s 3D/AR Product Portal enables audiences to receive valuable product details, share amongst friends, post on social media, make purchases, view personalized and complimentary products in the upper scroll menu and much more.
Jerome’s interactive 3D/AR video ad was distributed via one of the world’s most prestigious video ad networks. Targeting mobile users near Jerome’s physical stores resulted in their new enhanced video ad to more than double their historical CTR. In addition, Jerome’s thirty second video ad gained an additional 63 seconds of view time via Trivver’s interactive 3D/AR Portal.
Jerome’s EVP of Digital Scott Perry states, “We are extremely impressed with the huge uptick in CTR’s achieved when integrating Trivver’s 3D/AR Product Portal. Quite frankly, we have experimented with several solutions to try and recognize a higher return on ad dollars spent but have been disappointed with their lackluster results.”
During a recent press event, Trivver CEO and Founder Joel LaMontagne commented, “We’re excited at the success Jerome’s has seen and look forward to continue working with them to help improve their already impressive results. Perhaps most importantly, we are proud to not only have more than doubled their historical CTR’s but when factoring in our unique ability to minimize ad fraud and invalid clicks, the results are actually exponentially greater.”
He goes on to say, “In fact, Trivver’s patented ad technologies have been proven to greatly reduce ad fraud, which is estimated to cost digital advertisers well over $60 billion dollars each year. With our patented ability to detect and minimize ad fraud, we’ve seen very significant interest from a variety of marquee domestic and international advertisers looking to integrate our AdTech into their online marketing efforts and we welcome the opportunity to help them as well as others seeking to achieve far greater ROI on ad dollars spent.”
