Los Angeles, CA, USA – December 1, 2020 – Founder and CEO of Venn Negotiation, Christine McKay, will be featured on Jillian Michaels’s podcast “The Jillian Michaels Show.” The interview will be recorded on 7 December 2020. The December interview follows McKay and Michaels’s interview on 19 November, for McKay’s “Venn Negotiation” YouTube channel and upcoming podcast “In the Venn Zone.” McKay and Michaels have an eye-opening conversation about how people use negotiation for their business and everyday lives.
Michaels, a fitness trainer and certified nutritionist, has made it her mission to improve people’s physical health and overall wellness worldwide. “The Jillian Michaels Show” is an inspirational and informative podcast covering a wide range of subjects from nutrition to money management, now to negotiation strategies for small businesses. Michaels commented, during their November interview, “this is my absolute favorite interview. I learned so much.” Inspired by their conversation, Michaels invited McKay to appear on the podcast to speak about negotiation and relationships.
A global business negotiation strategist, McKay has worked to change how people perceive negotiation. The most significant misperception people have is that a negotiation is often win-lose. Hoping to change this notion, McKay believes that a “negotiation isn’t a competition; it’s a relationship. There is no “win” in relationship.” Soon, through Venn Negotiation, McKay will be launching a negotiation training program called VennMasters™. VennMasters™ is a program that allows participants to learn and practice the process of negotiation in a unique way to make their talks more successful.
