Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India – January 11, 2021 – Leading online Indian lifestyle store Dotto Objects is pleased to announce the launch of their latest new-age jewellery collection this New Year. Launched under their popular collection “Naari”, the new ornament line-up presents exquisitely designed handcrafted brass jewellery pieces, poised to celebrate the curves of every Indian woman.
Based in Ahmedabad, Dotto Objects is an endeavour by two young dynamic entrepreneurs, Saloni Mehta and Veeram Shah. The studio offers boutique lifestyle products inspired by various aspects of life and society, ranging from cinema to paintings to architecture and so on. Dotto Objects’ second collection, Naari Jewellery, is a continuation of the same philosophy which is being manifested in a much diverse scale of design.
“We are excited to introduce our newest Naari jewellery collection at the dawn of the New Year. The entire collection champions the inspiring spirit of modern Indian women- smart independent damsels who are ready to take on the world while staying grounded to their roots. Each of the pieces in the collection embodies a distinct character and visuals that duly represent the strong diva in the Indian women we are so proud of today. Our pieces are versatile and there is surely something for everybody to complement their unique personality”, stated the founders of Dotto Objects.
The latest Naari Jewellery collection exudes a chic and contemporary feel, further layered with the celebrated grace and femininity that Indian women have always been famous for. Customers will find a versatile line-up here – from bracelets to rings to earrings to necklaces – Naari covers all the major jewellery types.
“Each of our jewellery pieces comes with an original unmatched design that make them sure-shot. Headturners. Our jewelleries are especially for those brave modern women who dare to stand out in the crowd. From geometric angles to sharp yet flowing curves, there are many interesting and unique patterns to choose from here.”
All the pieces have been completely handcrafted; from the welds to hinges to shapes, every aspect of the jewelleries is hand-made. The Dotto founders stressed they wish to bring to fore the Karigars (the artisans) and their exquisite hand-craftsmanship through the new handmade Naari jewellery collection.
Interestingly, unlike other jewellery stores that mostly work with highly expensive precious and semi-precious metals and stones, Dotto’s Naari jewellery collection has been made out of an apparently humble material: brass.
According to the statements of the founders, they wish to throw out this common cliché that fine jewelleries are only made from gold, diamonds and other precious stones.
“The world is progressing at a rapid scale and the contemporary space demands for new orders and new norms. We have to make room for a new definition of beauty which says that you don’t always need expensive materials to carve out beautiful pieces. The concept of beauty lies within – if you have such ethos inside you can carve out picturesque designs and patterns from apparently humble materials too, such as brass. And that’s the challenge we have taken with our Naari jewellery collection and our extremely talented karigars have turned something as commonplace as brass into some of the most dedicated, sensual and exotic jewellery pieces.”
Dotto Objects also extends a broad line-up of lifestyle products under the brand Naari, including bags, jewellery boxes, mirrors, organizers and more.
Added to a wide online presence, the studio operates through its physical stores too, located in Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad.
