Jessup Manufacturing, the Official Griptape Sponsor of USA Skateboarding (USAS), is excited to celebrate the one year anniversary of ULTRAGRIP skateboarding grip tape with newly launched original designs from Pro Skater Silas Baxter-Neal. The Jessup Manufacturing engineering team originally collaborated with Jessup Pro team riders PJ Ladd and Jeff Grosso to create this performance grip tape which was launched in July 2019. One year later, the ULTRAGRIP line has proved to be a favorite for today’s professional and recreational skateboarders alike.
Outfitting skaters with griptape since 1975, Jessup Manufacturing is not new to the business. Jessup The Original® griptape is a widely popular griptape for skateboarders. However, ULTRAGRIP uses a specific manufacturing process that makes an aggressive grit, allowing for extra traction. The additional traction enables skaters to perform a variety of tricks safely. The ULTRAGRIP line offers skaters an additional option when it comes to outfitting their board depending on their skating preference.
