From startups to SMBs and even fortune 500 companies, many businesses spend vast amounts of money, time, and resources on gimmick marketing tactics, running super expensive campaigns and vanity metrics that translate to little or no results. This lack of a working strategy results in businesses being bogged down by complexities that can otherwise be avoided. To help these companies gain clarity and formulate an operational strategy that will result in long-term growth, Strategy Hackers provides on-demand strategy solutions eliminating complexities, complications, and confusion from the business equation.
Strategy Hackers is a black-owned and operated strategy firm providing a culturally diverse and refreshing approach to business planning and strategy by igniting momentum and generating rapid progress mechanisms to accelerate market distribution. Through their proven and streamlined 5S pillars (simple, scalable, sustainable, systematic, and successful), the brand helps companies eliminate complex obstacles through innovation and create simplistic pathways to achieve desired business goals. The company has a reputation as a one-stop shop for business and marketing strategies focusing on nine core areas: business, marketing, growth, social media, branding, community, diversity, mindset and innovation, and accelerating results and business goals with individual or stackable solutions.
Strategy Hackers is the brainchild of founder and C.E.O. Troy Sandidge, best known as the Strategy Hacker™. As the former vice president of a multimillion-dollar creative agency, Troy has over a decade of experience in empowering emerging Startups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 companies to level up in the global marketplace. His strategy solutions generated over $100 million for his clients worldwide. He is also a keynote speaker, host of the iDigress podcast with over 10k subscribers on Castbox, and the fractional C.M.O. for various brands and startups. As a successful business strategist, he was recently acknowledged and named one of the top 100 marketing and advertising leaders for Madcon U.S.A. 2021.
Troy has had his fair share of adversities and battles as an African-American entrepreneur, perpetuated by unconscious bias, prejudice, and racial tension. He rose above it to help make millions for various companies and agencies in corporate America as a consultant. Despite his trailblazing success, Troy Sandidge wanted to make a more significant impact and build his community, and thus he established the Strategy Hackers brand to be a beacon in strategy and growth marketing discipline.
During the pandemic, many businesses, especially black businesses, were disproportionately affected by the economic downturn. With his vast experience as a top marketing executive, Troy Sandidge saw the untapped potential and benefits in using unorthodox culturally diverse marketing strategies and tactics that could allow businesses to stand out and attract an audience’s attention in fresh and dynamic ways. He wanted to provide alternative options to emerging companies with a strategy firm representing B.I.P.O.C. (Black and Indigenous people of color) and minorities. “As a black-owned and operated strategic firm, we want to scale our business with the hope to make an even greater impact empowering B.I.P.O.C. and under marginalized businesses to scale and grow,” he shares.
In the coming years, the Strategy Hackers under the helm of Troy Sandidge’s leadership hopes to serve a higher percentage of organizations that may not be able to afford its premium services while partnering and empowering over 1,000 black companies at high levels over the next half-decade.
