While honored and thankful, Breen recognizes his incredible team for the firm’s success. “I can honestly say we have the smartest people I know. Breen credits his team’s nimble approach to managing both crisis and opportunity as the chief factor in their ability to not just ride out 2020, but to thrive.
Synergistic took home the honors for the highest percentage of revenue growth in its category (697% over two years) and placed #3 out of 55 overall, but keeps other goals in mind, as well.
“We love giving back to our community and helping people grow within it,” adds Breen. “To that end, every year, we select up to three pro-bono causes to support as part of our philanthropic mission. Most recently, we have worked with the Ken Anderson Alliance and their mission to create ‘live, work, engage’ opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.”
