As part of the acquisition, Charles B. “Bubba” DuBose, Jr., President of DuBose Senior Insurance Marketing, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As the third generation in his family to work in the insurance industry, Bubba DuBose brings a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of the senior market.
