Ocean Springs, Mississippi – Ferson Technologies announced today that it has been certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the leading Minority Business Association in the United States.
CEO Joseph Madden stated, “the United States needs the participation of all Americans in our defense industrial base if we are to meet the geopolitical challenges of the 2020s. This includes historically dispossessed minorities.” Madden continues, “we also need the cooperation of our partners in Latin America via the shared cultural understandings of Hispanic-American minority communities to near-shore industrial supply chains back to the Western hemisphere. Therefore, it is fitting that Ferson Technologies has become certified as an MBE Defense Manufacturer during National Hispanic Heritage Month as we proudly take the lead in these efforts at home and in our near-abroad.”
