FreeCast’s latest new channel documents the work of police, firefighters, and EMTs.

FreeCast is announcing a new agreement bringing the 911 Encore to the company’s free aggregated streaming service, giving FreeCast customers even more free entertainment. The channel comes to the service following the recent rebrand from SelectTV, and will be available on the newly-free-to-access site and apps.

911 Encore is a free ad-supported television (FAST) channel that follows the day-to-day lives of firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, and EMTs in America. Action-packed and riveting, 911 Encore gives FreeCast viewers a first-hand look at heroic rescues, emergency responses, police incidents of all kinds and other action-packed incidents that happen every day across the country.

“Live action, real life action and events is very popular with FreeCast customers and we are excited to offer them even more with our new 911 Encore launch.” Said Tracy West, FreeCast’s EVP Digital Content.

Nick Cartier, executive producer of Ride Along & 911 Encore, said “911 Encore is your destination for action-packed first responder activity. We strive to immerse viewers in all of the exciting situations first responders encounter on a daily basis, all from their points-of-view. True Crime and Action-Reality continue to outperform most other genres on TV, and we are pleased to produce original programming that fills this need for our distribution partners like FreeCast.”
