Talented Singer and Songwriter – Bobby Skyz, Set to Release His Latest Single by November

Hailing from the west coast of Africa, the Nigerian vocalist, songwriter and producer discovered his passion for singing and writing at the early age of 10, and decided to pursue a career in music after majoring in medical biology. In quest of furthering his talent, he moved to the beautiful islands of the Philippines where he started his own record label, “Emeralds Music” and established himself as an award winning artist by becoming Eatbulaga’s “You’re My Foreignoy” grand champion in 2015. This was followed by multiple nominations for some of the country’s prestigious music awards; Including wish 1075’s best R&B artist and performance of the year, artist of the week on wave 89.1fm and a series of #I’s on radio countdowns.

Bobby is not new to stage performances and concerts; he has also performed and collaborated with most of the country’s legendary acts like Gary Valenciano, Bamboo, Yeng Constantino, Martin Nievera, Moira de la tore, and many more. He started out as a professional wedding singer, (with over 150 wedding gigs in the Philippines) creating himself a wide repertoire in music that stretches through Afrobeat, Latin Pop, RnB soul, Jazz and Reggaeton. His soothing voice, versatility and finesse has earned him the name “The Soul Therapist”, thus bringing his growing fan base to a global platform.

Bobby Skyz is set to release another single “SUNSHINE” by November 11, 2022; A song that journeys down memory lane and delves into the glumness of losing a loved one at a particular point in time and a successful aftermath. This masterpiece will be available for streaming on Spotify and all major music platforms.
