Zsolt Kubecska, the CEO and Leadership Trainer of 10X Leaders, was a refugee in his childhood. From the tender age of five, he had experienced unimaginable violence and poverty. It is this experience that has inspired him to share his insights with others and use the lessons he learnt to give more meaning to their lives, to help them transform and grow. He aspires to show people that the seemingly impossible can be possible just by a shift in their mindset.
Growing up, he relied on his faith in God and very little guidance or help from those around him as he embarked on his journey to success. Along the way, he realised that success is a conscious decision that one makes, and there is a road map to it. He believes that everyone has 10X more potential than they realise and by applying simple yet checked methods their potential for success becomes unlimited.
